Nu Revolution Entertainment LLC / Fall Back Entertainment Music Producer & Engineer, Certified was born in Baltimore, MD. He developed a passion for music as early as grade school. Certified started out as a singer/songwriter. In 2003, he began making Hip-Hop mixtapes with Cody “Codes” Hahn and also began producing/engineering for Baltimore artist, Abraham “Brams” Pleah. During studio sessions, Certified developed a passion for audio engineering and decided to study music composition and technology at Towson University. He graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media/Audio Production. In 2007, Certified began making beats thanks to DJ ScotteeLP and James “BKS” Edjouma (G-Production/Universal SRC). Both have mentored and helped develop Certified’s style for his original compositions and his skills as a producer.

After graduation, Certified began engineering sessions in the Washington D.C. metro area and is currently running Fall Back Entertainment, an independent production company.  Certified has featured production on top sites http://www.DJBooth.net, http://www.Coast2Coastmixtapes.com, http://www.ThatCrack.com and http://www.Datpiff.com. Certified has produced for established artists such as Joe Budden, Royce Da 5’9, Wordsmith, Whitefolkz and DC Don Juan.  Certified awards his success to his mentors and peers. Watch out for Certified making his mark on the music industry.
